The Huichol stitch originated from the Huichol people in Mexico with beads made from clay, over the years the stitch has evolved.
There is also more than one stitch with the name Huichol, as it is named after the people that created it, but there are very different.
We will expand on the Stitch Club Class – Huichol Stitch but adding more layers and different techniques to the design.
Once you get in the rhythm of the stitch you will really enjoy it.
We will also discuss simple was of attaching multiple pieces to join them together.
You will go home with written instructions to refer to after you have left the class.
As always, I recommend you make more than one to reinforce what you have learned.
