The Heart Beep Earrings are made using two different stitches, Odd Count Peyote & Brick Stitch.
In order to center the design you will use Odd Count Peyote for the base.
Peyote can be a difficult stitch to start but you will learn an easier technique, “Lori’s Way” of starting the stitch, which has been fool proof so far.
Once you get the Peyote stitch portion done we’ll use Brick Stitch to shape the hearts.
This combination of techniques can help you create variety of other shapes as well.
You will go home with written instructions to refer to after you have left the class, I always recommend you make more than one to reinforce what you have learned.
This pattern could also be made in to a similar bracelet.

TOOLS: Bead Mat, Fireline, Size 12 Needle, Beeswax thread condition, Pencil, Scissors
